In addition to closely following the CDC guidelines for sanitation and safety, we are now offering “No-Touch” services. Prior to and during any work being done on your vehicle, our technicians will be equipped with Gloves, Masks and Disinfectant. This will allow our staff to avoid any “direct” contact with your vehicle.

No-Touch Mobile Estimate Service
- The estimator and customer will coordinate a time and location to do a no touch mobile estimate without the customer present if requested.
- Prior to the vehicles mobile estimate, the estimator will disinfect the vehicle. Gloves and face mask will be worn to maximize protection when disinfecting.
- The vehicles hotspots will be disinfected including:
- Steering wheel
- Indoor/Outdoor handles
- Shifter
- Window controls
- Door locks
- Wiper controls
- Turn signals
- Door armrests
- Any grab handles
- Seat adjusters
- Seatbelts
- Keys
- The estimator will write the repair estimate and communicate with customer via email and phone call.
- The estimator will repeat the disinfecting process when the mobile estimating service is complete.
- If requested, a “No Touch Drop Off” or “No Touch Pick Up” can be scheduled.
No-Touch On-Site Drop Off
- All paperwork will be done prior to drop off via email or be left in the outdoor drop off box on-site.
- Customer will call ahead prior to drop off and leave the vehicles keys in the outdoor drop off box on-site. The customer will be contacted when vehicle is received or may call when dropped off.
- Prior to the vehicle being moved or into repair, the vehicle will be disinfected. Gloves and face mask will be worn to maximize protection when disinfecting.
- If picking up a rental, the same procedure will be followed.
- The vehicles hotspots will be disinfected including:
- Steering wheel
- Indoor/Outdoor handles
- Shifter
- Window controls
- Door locks
- Wiper controls
- Turn signals
- Door armrests
- Any grab handles
- Seat adjusters
- Seatbelts
- Keys
Each time the vehicle is moved through the repair process, the disinfecting procedure will be repeated.
No-Touch On-Site Pickup
- All final paperwork will be done prior to vehicle pick up via email or to be left in the outdoor drop off box on-site.
- All paperwork and final payment will need to be confirmed prior to pick up.
- When the vehicle is complete, you will be contacted by a CSR or estimator to communicate the final location of the vehicle and its keys.
- Prior to the vehicles pick up and after final detail, the vehicle will be disinfected in its final spot. Gloves and face mask will be worn to maximize protection when disinfecting.
- If dropping off a rental, the same procedure will be followed.
- The vehicles hotspots will be disinfected including:
- Steering wheel and indoor/outdoor handles
- Shifter, window controls, and door locks
- Wiper controls, turn signals and door armrests
- Seat adjusters and any other grab handles
- Seatbelts and keys
The CSR or estimator will contact you immediately to confirm that vehicle is received, and the vehicles keys are transferred to customer.
No-Touch Off-Site Pickup
- All paperwork will be done prior to having the shop pick up the vehicle at the customer location via email or to be left in the vehicle.
- The customer will be contacted on the day before scheduled pick up to confirm the vehicles location and its keys location.
- The customer will be contacted when the person picking up vehicle is at the location.
- Prior to the vehicle being transported to the shop’s location, the vehicle will be disinfected. Gloves and face mask will be worn to maximize protection when disinfecting.
- If a rental vehicle is needed, the same procedure will be followed.
- The vehicles hotspots will be disinfected including:
- Steering wheel
- Indoor/Outdoor handles
- Shifter
- Window controls
- Door locks
- Wiper controls
- Turn signals
- Door armrests
- Any grab handles
- Seat adjusters
- Seatbelts
- Keys
